Ancient Chinese Medicine — Zi Wu liu Zhu (Organ times)
The name "Zi Wu liu Zhu" represents the different time periods changing. "Zi" and "Wu" are the two main time periods of Yin Yang. "Liu Zhu" means flowing and changing.
The human body has 12 different meridians (energy channels) linked with 12 internal organs. There is a most effective time for Qi and blood to flow through each meridian. If you do acupressure, acupuncture or food/herbs healing on a particular meridian at the right time, it will have a more effective result than any other time.
